Screen

  • Conduct in-depth interview

  • Present qualified candidates
    • Resume
    • Interview Summary
  • Verify academic qualifications (as requested)

Interviews

  • Coordinate interview logistics
  • Follow up with client/candidate on interview results
  • Facilitate consensus meetings with key decision makers

Offer

  • Conduct reference checks
  • Extend offer
  • Assist with negotiations
  • Handle offer logistics

Acceptance/Start

  • Coach candidate through acceptance and resignation
  • Confirm start date
  • Provide on-boarding information to client
  • Maintain contact with candidate and client to assure smooth transition
